1. Dewan
The Dewan title was given to Hazrat Khwaja Hussain Ajmeri, the 10th Sajjadanashin Hazrat Khwaja Garib Nawaz R.A. by the great Emperor Akbar.
2. Ali Kha
The Ali Kha title was awarded to Dewan Syed Ilmuddin Ali Khan, the 12th Sajjadanashin of Hazrat Khwaja Garib Nawaz R.A. by the Emperor Shahjahan.
3. Sheikhul Mashaeikh
The Sheikhul Mashaeikh title was awarded to Dewan Hazrat Gayassuddin Ali Khan Sahib, the 24th Sajjadanashin of Hazrat Khwaja Garib Nawaz R.A. by by Queen Victoria through Via-Sarai- Governor General of India in 1877.
