About Dewan
Sheikhul Mashaeikh Dewan Syed Zainul Abedin Ali Khan Sahib ,is the present Sajjadanashin i.e the Spiritual Head (Gaddinashin) of the Dargah-Ajmer Sharif, the the 29th successor of Sajjadanashin. He has received the title as part of the Hereditary (Moroosi).
He was a part of The Millennium Assembly of United Nations. He is regarded as the only entitled person or the “Spiritual Head” of the Shrine to preside the religious ceremonies in the Dargah Khwaja Garib Nawaz R.A.
Early Life & Background
He made education of Hindi, English, Urdu, Arabic and Persian. He is also a graduate in law. He is the descendent of the prophet Muhammad’s family and great grand son of Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti (R.A) that came into existence in 1863 AD. Ajmer Dargah represents the symbol of composite culture of India. He is also one of the most influential people in India
